All in-stock, non-preorders will be filled within 7-10 business days of being placed (not including weekends or holidays).

Orders are packed and shipped in Anaheim, CA. Shipments are made via trackable service. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is headed your way.

Please allow 1 day for tracking information to update on your order. If you are unable to track your order, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.

Pre-orders are the products that are not yet in stock for immediate shipping. They are normally a new model or limited edition.

Pre-orders are shipped within one business after its availability in stock.

You must contact customer service to verify it the item is already picked and packaged. Once the packaging is done and scanned for departure, it is impossible to find the box.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept many merchandise returns within 180 days of purchase.

There are exceptions to our 180-day return policy. For example, Limited Edition and Final Sales items cannot be returned. There are other exceptions, please check with customer service for detail.
